Hey! I'm Lucas, 23, a Web and Mobile Developer based on Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The concept of this website is based on the WINDOWS 95 desktop environment + Modern Brutalist WebArts. To be honest, I was really tired of how WebDev's websites are - mostly - standardized, then I made this my own way. No flat design and no joyful colors. Concrete Concept is alive.
